It is a typical foam cutout for packing small items. The foam inserts are made by our mid density EVA foam in white color. The foam packaging is made by 2 main steps. First we need to use die-cutting machine to finished the 2 parts of the foam packaging. One is as you can see from above a custom slotted foam. Another is a large foam pad in the same exact size as the slotted foam pad. Then our workers would use our lamination capability to have the 2 parts stick together.
