When we talk about custom packaging, the materials used can never be limited to regular paper material, plastic packaging, wooden packaging and so on. However our foam materials such as EVA foam, Polyethylene foam and Polyurethane foam are also popular and frequently used to serve a variety of custom packaging applications. By taking advantage of our techniques like die cutting, automatic slitting and CNC contouring cutting, they can be easily fabricated to any custom shapes and sizes. The foam packaging can offer better cushioning, protection and insulation performance than any other packaging materials.

We FOAMTECH has just shipped out a batch of custom tool box foam inserts for our Australian customer. Our customer is a local distributor of metal tool instruments. The custom foam inserts we produced will be put into tool cases and used to hold metal tool instruments later by customer. They are manufactured mainly by exploiting our CNC contour cutting technique after making the two different colors of polyethylene foam laminated together. The foam material we used is black and yellow Polyethylene foam with closed cell construction. It provides good cushioning and protection for the tool instruments. More importantly, due to its good performance on heat and moisture insulation, our cross-linked PE foam can help protect the metal tool instruments from being rusty. Using black and yellow two contrasting colors can effectively and evidently reminder users when there is any missing tools, which can also make our customer's tool products eye-catching for sale.
